Projects with a Fixed Fee Agreement

For projects with a pre-determined fixed fee outlined in a signed proposal, refunds are generally not available. This is because we allocate resources and dedicate time specifically for your project based on the agreed-upon scope.

However, we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis if:

Projects with Hourly Billing

For projects with an hourly billing structure, we will not offer refunds for completed work. However, you have the right to terminate the project at any time. In such cases, you will be responsible for payment for all hours worked up to the point of termination.

Advance Payments

Any non-refundable advance payments made towards your project will be applied to the total project cost.

Project Revisions

We offer a revision process to ensure your satisfaction with the final website. However, refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with creative direction or design choices that have been previously approved.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your project at any time. However, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
